Product Family DyeTechs

DyeTechs products are a complete line of auxiliary products for the textile dyeing process. The product range comprises indigo beaming aids, leveling agents, fixing agents, wetting agents, defoaming aids and a variety of specialty products.

Beaming Aids

DyeTechs 6100 - is cationic polymer fixative for use in dyeing, garment washing and denim finishing. The product is effective in reducing dye bleeding during wet processing fabrics and garments. The product is highly recommended to lend a gray shade to sulfur bottomed indigo denim. It is also recommended for use to minimize denim back staining resulting from indigo dye bleed during wet processing.

DyeTechs 6101 - is cationic polymer fixative for use in denim finishing. The product is effective in reducing dye bleeding during wet processing of fabrics. The product is highly recommended to minimize denim back staining resulting from indigo dye bleed during wet processing.

DyeTechs 6120 - is a highly cationic polymer formulated for use as a cationizing pre-treatment for dyeing cotton and synthetic fabrics / garments with pigment or sulfur dyes.

DyeTechs 6200 - is a nonionic non-silicone defoaming agent formulated for use in jet dyeing machines, becks, package and finish baths. The product is highly recommended for jet and overflow machines with short liquor ratio or air stream technology.

DyeTechs 6900A cationic softener and lubricant mixture formulated to aid in the beaming process of indigo dyed yarn. The product facilitates easy separation of adjacent yarns be minimizing clinging problems.

DyeTechs 6900-AA anionic softener and lubricant mixture formulated to aid in the beaming process of indigo dyed ring and slub yarn. The product utilizes proprietary “no tangles” technology.

DyeTechs 6900-NA nonionic softener and lubricant mixture formulated to aid in the beaming process of indigo dyed yarn. The product facilitates easy separation of adjacent yarns be minimizing clinging problems.
