Sizing Binders
ElasTechs 2000 – A water-soluble liquid vinyl and acrylamide copolymer binder for warp sizing. The product is highly recommended for use on cotton and polyester/cotton blended yarns to be woven on air jet looms. The product is very easy to remove with hot water and detergent.
ElasTechs 2002 – A water-soluble liquid vinyl and polyacrylamide polymer blend binder for warp sizing, similar to ElasTechs 2000 but greater concentration . The product is highly recommended for use on toweling, ground and pile. The product is also recommended for sizing indigo and sulfur dyed denim yarns.
ElasTechs 2003 – A water-soluble liquid vinyl and polyacrylamide copolymer sizing agent for application to wool yarn during beaming. The product is used neat without the need for cooking or drying. ElasTechs 2003 is very easy to remove with hot water and detergent.
ElasTechs 2050 – A water-soluble powder vinyl and acrylate copolymer blend binder for warp sizing applications. The product lends a very high level of adhesion, abrasion resistance and film toughness to starch based formulae. The product is especially compatible with polyvinyl alcohol and recommended for formulae contain both starch and polyvinyl alcohol.
ElasTechs 2055 – A water-soluble liquid acrylamide polymer binder for warp sizing applications. The product lends a high level of adhesion to starch based formulae. The product also imparts considerable lubricity to yarns thereby enhancing weavability.
ElasTechs 2220 – A dry powdered sizing binder formulated for indigo dyed denim. In addition to all the normal processing additives, the product contains lubricant and dye fixative.
ElasTechs 2230 – A dry powdered sizing binder formulated for ring spun indigo dyed denim yarn. The product contains lubricant.
ElasTechs 2240 – A dry powdered sizing binder formulated for Amsler indigo dyed denim yarn. The product contains lubricant.

Warp Sizes
ElasTechs 2200 – A dry powdered one shot sizing agent formulated for sizing indigo denim and sulfur dyed denim woven on high-speed air jet looms. ElasTechs 2200 greatly improves weaving results when compared to conventional denim sizing agents. The product also exhibits an easy to remove characteristic highly appreciated by garment wet processors.
ElasTechs 2210 – A high performance dry powdered one shot sizing agent specially formulated for the sizing of difficult to weave ring spun and slub type indigo denim and sulfur-dyed denim. The product contains a unique synthetic polymer package lending adhesion and lubricity to significantly enhance weaving performance.
ElasTechs 2300 – A premium one-shot sizing agent formulated for the sizing of cotton and polyester blended yarns to be woven on high-speed looms. The product contains a high percentage of synthetic polymer binder package designed to deliver optimum performance on critical styling. ElasTechs 2300 is one of our best products.
ElasTechs 2310 – A low viscosity formulated one-shot size highly recommended for slashing cotton and polyester yarns to be woven on projectile looms. The product is versatile and can be used on difficult to weave 100% cotton styles.
ElasTechs 2350 - The product is a one shot sizing agent formulated for optimum biodegradibility. The product is recommended for sizing cotton and cotton and polyester blended yarns. ElasTechs 2350 is an enviromentally friendly product that will fully degrade under the appropriate waste treatment condtions.
ElasTechs 2060 – A dry powdered vinyl and acrylate copolymer blend sizing agent recommended for the sizing of acetate and polyester filament yarn on conventional weaving machines. The product is versatile, can be applied to viscose and rayon yarns, and highly economical.
ElasTechs 2065 – A dry powdered vinyl and acrylate copolymer sizing agent recommended for the sizing of polyester filament yarns woven on water jet looms. The product is very economical.

Process
Specialties
ElasTechs 2100 - A water-soluble liquid product for warp sizing and weft yarn lubrication. It is especially recommended for fabrics that will ultimately by dyed or printed. The product may also be applied by kiss roll at the warper.
ElasTechs 2110 – A water-soluble liquid lubricant for kiss roll application that incorporates anti static agent and other processing auxiliaries. The product is recommended for use where low co efficient of friction and ease of removal are required.
ElasTechs 2115 – A 100% active water-soluble liquid surfactant lubricant for overwax application on the sizing machine. The product is recommended for use where low co efficient of friction and ease of removal are required.
ElasTechs 2120 – A sizing liquor dispersible hydrogenated tallow glyceride based sizing lubricant in flake form designed for use with all typical warp-sizing components such as starch and polyvinyl alcohol. This product is widely used by textile mills that conduct a typical enzyme desize procedure followed by normal scour.
ElasTechs 2125 – A hot water dispersible emulsified hydrogenated tallow glyceride based sizing lubricant in prill form designed for use with all typical warp-sizing components such as starch and polyvinyl alcohol. The product is used at lower dosage rates compared to ElasTechs 2120 .
ElasTechs 2180 – A unique water dispersed warp-sizing lubricant based on homogenized tallow and plasticizers. The product is formulated to lubricate warp yarns, soften stiff sizing polymers, reduce dry can sticking and reduce size shedding at the lease section. The product is highly recommended for use with starch containing formulae.
ElasTechs 2401 – A ready to use organo silicone defoamer for warp sizing. The product is recommended for use where partially hydrolyzed grades of polyvinyl alcohol are in use.
ElasTechs 2420 – A ready to use non-silicone defoamer for warp sizing. The product is recommended for use where partially hydrolyzed grades for polyvinyl alcohol are in use and the textile mill is uncomfortable with the use of silicone containing products.
ElasTechs 2430 – A special intermediate for dry size formulators incorporating many liquid sizing adjuvants formulated into dry powder form.
ElasTechs 3000 – A water-soluble liquid surfactant based anti-static agent suggested for application in warp sizing where static electricity is a problem. The product contains a dual functional anti-static system to control moisture to minimize the build up of static electricity and to chemically dissipate the static charge.
