Wetting and Penetrating Agents

PrepTechs 1010 – An anionic wetting agent based on dioctylsulfosuccinate recommended for various desize applications as well as specific finish baths. The product is an economical fast wetting and penetrating agent.

PrepTechs 1015 – A high caustic stable wetting and penetrating agent. Strongly recommended for semi mercerization techniques used in denim processing.

PrepTechs 1020 – A nonionic wetting agent and detergent based on ethoxylated alcohol technology. The product is recommended for application in desize and scour. The product may also be used in finish baths and garment wet processing applications.

PrepTechs 1050 – A nonionic wetting agent based on ethoxylated alcohol technology. The product is recommended for application in denim Sanforizing where wet out is critical. The product may also be used in sizing and finishing.

Desizing Agents

PrepTechs 1060 – A nonionic dispersing agent based on ethoxylated alcohol technology. The product is recommended for application in desize and scour. The product may also be used in finish baths and garment wet processing applications as an indigo dye dispersant (to reduce indigo back staining).

PrepTechs 1080 – A highly concentrated thermo stable alpha amylase enzyme preparation for desizing. The product is very economical as a result of its high concentration.

Bleaching Auxiliaries

PrepTechs 1030 – A formulated clay based bleaching auxiliary designed to enhance discontinuous bleaching performance while replacing chelate, organic stabilizer, sodium sil1cate, wetter and scour.

PrepTechs 1031 – An alkali, buffer and peroxide stabilizer that is freer rinsing compared to sodium silicate.

PrepTechs 1061 – A dispersant and scale inhibitor to reduce build up in caustizers and bleach ranges and to promote the ready release of silicate and caustic.

PrepTechs 1081 – A concentrated catalase enzyme preparation engineered for the precise deactivation of hydrogen peroxide.

PrepTechs 1090 – An alkaline stable concentrated chelate with scale preventative.

Depilling

PrepTechs 1085 – An engineered cellulase for depilling knits and towels. Highly recommended for depilling dyed goods.

After Washing

PrepTechs 1070 – A concentrated anionic detergent for use a penetrant, scour and dyeing assistant. Excellent for use as an after scour for removal of loose dyestuff.

PrepTechs 1071 – A blend of detergents, builders, and anti-redeposition agents specially formulated for post scouring or soaping off of printed fabrics.
