American Textile, LLC provides the textile industry with the highest quality rubber roll coverings produced by Rollercoat, Inc. All phases of roll building are included; design, core construction, rubber application, grinding, polishing to high finishes and special treatments that include all types of grooving patterns, various surface finishes and parabolic crowns.
Roll covering compounds include nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, Hypalon®, natural rubber, silicone, polyacrylic, thiokol, Viton® and blends of elastomers.
In cooperation with Impreglon, Inc., we provide high technology grip, wear resistant and non-stick coatings for both newly fabricated and refurbished rolls.
