Desizing Agents and Auxiliaries
WashTechs 7000 - A formulated liquid desizing product containing amylase
enzyme, wetting agent, detergent, emulsifier and dispersant. This
product is a highly effective desizing agent suitable for the removal
of starch and synthetic polymer.
WashTechs 7001 - A formulated liquid surfactant desize and scour agent
that is highly recommended as a key desizing recipe component. This
surfactant is a high performance product and is effective at low dosage
rates. It may be used in formulae containing alfa amylase enzyme preparations.
WashTechs 7010- A liquid nonionic surfactant for use as wetting agent
and detergent. The product is highly concentrated and is used at very
low dosage rates. The product is biodegradable.
WashTechs 7015- A liquid nonionic surfactant for use as and indigo
dye dispersant. The product is effective in reducing indigo back staining
of garments.
WashTechs 7050 - is a highly concentrated liquid thermo stable amylase enzyme use as a desizing agent in garment wet processing. This product provides for optimum desize performance for starch. The product is effective at a range of temperatures and is especially effective at high temperature.

Aids
WashTechs 7100 - A high concentrated liquid conventional non-buffered
acid cellulase enzyme preparation. This product provides optimum abrasion
in a short cycle time.
WashTechs 7105 - is a high concentrated liquid engineered non-buffered acid cellulase enzyme and surfactant preparation. This product provides optimum abrasion performance in a short cycle time. The product is highly recommended for use as an abrasion agent for indigo denim. The product is lends a high contrast appearance and gray shade to denim characteristic of engineered acid cellulase.
WashTechs 7110 - A regular strength liquid conventional non-buffered
acid cellulase enzyme preparation. This is an easy to use and high
effective abrasion aid.
WashTechs 7115 - A concentrated powder conventional acid cellulase
preparation. The product is highly recommended to formulators desiring
to produce ready to use acid cellulase preparations. The product is
very aggressive and yields a conventional acid cellulase type appearance.
WashTechs 7116 - A concentrated powder engineered acid cellulase preparation.
The product is highly recommended to formulators desiring to produce
ready to use engineered acid cellulase preparations. The product is
aggressive but causes little back staining of garments.
WashTechs 7117 - A concentrated powder conventional neutral cellulase
preparation. The product is highly recommended to formulators desiring
to produce ready to use neutral cellulase preparations. The product
is not aggressive. It lends a high contrast appearance while only
slightly reducing garment physical strength properties.
WashTechs 7120 - A high concentrated powdered fully formulated neutral
cellulase enzyme product for high contrast and low strength loss applications.
The product is buffered to optimum ph and incorporates special surfactants
to enhance contrast.
WashTechs 7130 - An economical regular strength powdered fully formulated
neutral cellulase enzyme product for high contrast and low strength
loss applications. The product is fully buffered and utilizes surfactant
technology to improve garment appearance.
WashTechs 7140 - A formulated non-buffered powdered engineered acid
cellulase enzyme preparation designed for use in a wide range of application
parameters to lend an array of distressed appearances.

Clean
Up, Neutralization and Bleaching Auxiliaries
WashTechs 7200 - A high performance detergent ideal for garment clean
up applications. The product wets fast, cleans thoroughly and is effective
at low dosage rates.
WashTechs 7210 - A liquid bleach auxiliary formulated to lend alkalinity
and detergency in the bleach bath. This product is highly recommended
in applications where sulfur spots are a problem.
WashTechs 7220 - is a medium foaming liquid surfactant blend formulated for use as a wetting agent and detergent in garment wet processing. This product provides optimum detergency performance for desize, abrasion and/or clean up baths.

Garment
Finishes
WashTechs 7300 - A hindered amine type amino functional silicone softener
providing a luxurious hand to garments. The hindered amine technology
drastically reduces yellowing problems.
WashTechs 7305 - An economical organic cationic softener in easy to
use flake form. The product lends a silky cationic type hand to garments.
It is highly recommended for indigo denim.
WashTechs 7310 - A unique silicone softener in flake form. The product
lends the luxurious hand associated with silicones while providing
the economies of flake form. This product is recommended for drills
and twills.
WashTechs 7320 - An economical polyethylene type softener ideal for
indigo denim garments.
WashTechs 7330 - A ready to use anti ozonate type softener lending
good hand, excellent resistance to ozone fading and good light fastness.
This product is also available as a solid concentrate.
WashTechs 7340 - A high performance fixing agent suitable for use
at ambient temperature. The product is recommended to enhance fixation
of indigo dye. It may also be applied in the desize bath.
WashTechs 7350 - A high performance soil and stain release fluorochemical
product recommended for the treatment of garments.

Specialties
WashTechs 7215 - is a combination product containing an indigo specific color reducer and buffering agents. The product is highly recommended for use after the denim
abrasion process to reduce color and enhance the abrasion appearance and contrast. The product exhibits no negative effects on garment tear and tensile strength.
WashTechs 7400 - A high molecular weight polyacrylamide emulsion based
lubricant to minimize streaks and cracks on garments during desizing.
WashTechs 7405 - A 100% active nonionic ester based desize lubricant.
This product is recommended to minimize streaks and cracks on garments.
It can be used in polar desize baths without complications.
WashTechs 7410 - This product is a liquid surfactant based anti redeposition
agent recommended to reduce indigo back staining on abraded denim,
pocketing and labels. It is highly effective on cotton fabrics. This
product is available in a 100% concentrate solid form.
WashTechs 7412 - is a concentrated flaked surfactant formulated for use as an indigo dye dispersant and anti back staining agent for cotton garments. The product may be used as is or diluted with water. This product can be applied in the desize, abrasion and/or clean baths.
WashTechs 7420 - A polymeric based anti redeposition agent designed
for use on denim to eliminate back staining on the denim fabric, pocketing
and labels. It is very effective on cotton and polyesters substrates.
This product is available as a concentrate in solid form.
WashTechs 7430 - A unique product formulated to lend a graying or
antique appearance to indigo denim. Depending upon the dosage rate
the appearance varies from gray to orange.
WashTechs Tints - A range of easy to use tint products available in
black, rust, yellow, khaki and blue. This product group is ideal for
tinting abraded denim fabrics to produce a unique appearance.
